About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead and scale our digital acquisition efforts. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in managing paid campaigns, optimizing funnels, and driving measurable ROI. Experience in the real estate sector will be a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital channels
- Drive qualified lead generation and customer acquisition aligned with business goals
- Manage and allocate budgets effectively to maximize ROI and reduce CAC
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and derive actionable insights
- Optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and funnels to improve conversion rates
- Collaborate with creative, content, and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives
- Implement A/B testing strategies across ads, audiences, and landing pages
- Track and report key metrics such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing
Requirements
- 6–7 years of experience in performance marketing or digital marketing roles
- Proven track record of managing high-budget campaigns and delivering strong ROI
- Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns
- Experience in real estate marketing is highly preferred
- Understanding of CRM tools and lead lifecycle management
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with marketing attribution models
- Knowledge of SEO, CRO, and marketing automation
- Familiarity with real estate lead funnels and customer journeys
