Role Overview
This role requires an experienced and result-oriented Performance Marketing Manager to lead digital marketing initiatives with a strong focus on lead generation and campaign performance. The incumbent will be responsible for managing end-to-end performance marketing activities, working closely with stakeholders and the sales team, and ensuring alignment between marketing efforts and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads to generate qualified leads.
- Develop and implement strategies for both paid and organic lead generation.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders and the sales team to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals.
- Participate in and support discovery calls when required to better understand client requirements and improve targeting strategies.
- Provide support to in-house clients/internal teams with marketing insights and campaign execution as needed.
- Oversee content creation and production, ensuring consistency with brand messaging and campaign objectives.
- Manage and monitor social media platforms to drive engagement and lead generation.
- Supervise and coordinate with the graphic design and video editing teams for timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Analyze campaign performance using data and analytics tools, and implement improvements to enhance ROI and conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing and continuous optimization of campaigns, creatives, and landing pages.
- Guide and mentor the performance marketing team to ensure improved productivity and output quality.
- Prepare and present performance reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
