We are looking for a highly driven and performance-oriented Performance Marketing Manager who can lead our digital growth initiatives, manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, and drive quality lead generation and business growth across multiple digital platforms.
Role Overview
The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling digital marketing campaigns across all major online channels. The role requires a strong understanding of social media, paid advertising, lead generation funnels, analytics, content strategy, audience targeting, automation tools, and emerging digital trends.
The candidate should have the ability to independently manage campaigns while also leading a small marketing team and coordinating with designers, content creators, sales teams, and external agencies/vendors.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing & Lead Generation
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across:
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads
- YouTube Ads
- LinkedIn Ads
- Twitter/X Ads
- OTA & travel-related ad platforms
- Generate high-quality leads and inquiries for:
- International holidays
- Honeymoon packages
- Group departures
- Corporate travel
- Luxury & customized tours
- Monitor campaign KPIs including:
- CPL (Cost per Lead)
- ROAS
- CTR
- Conversion rates
- Revenue attribution
- Build lead funnels and retargeting strategies to improve conversion performance.
- Optimize landing pages, ad creatives, targeting, and customer journeys.
Social Media Management
- Manage Viattra’s complete social media presence across:
- Instagram
- Facebook
- LinkedIn
- YouTube
- Twitter/X
- Emerging travel-focused platforms
- Develop monthly content calendars aligned with business goals.
- Create growth strategies to improve:
- Engagement
- Reach
- Followers
- Brand awareness
- Lead conversion
- Coordinate with content creators, video editors, and designers for high-performing content.
Strategy & Brand Growth
- Build and execute integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with company growth targets.
- Understand current travel industry trends, customer behavior, and digital consumption patterns.
- Identify new growth opportunities, marketing technologies, and automation tools.
- Analyze competitors and market positioning to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Support branding initiatives and online reputation management.
Budget Planning & Management
- Manage monthly and quarterly marketing budgets effectively.
- Allocate spends strategically across platforms based on performance.
- Track ROI and ensure efficient budget utilization.
- Prepare campaign performance reports and actionable insights for management.
Team Leadership & Coordination
- Lead and mentor the digital marketing team.
- Coordinate with:
- Sales team
- Operations team
- Designers
- External agencies
- Content creators
- Ensure timely campaign execution and smooth workflow management.
- Build performance-driven processes and accountability within the team.
Analytics & Reporting
- Use tools such as:
- Google Analytics
- Meta Business Suite
- Google Tag Manager
- Search Console
- CRM platforms
- Marketing automation tools
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Track lead quality, customer acquisition costs, and campaign profitability.
- Make data-driven decisions to improve overall marketing efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related field.
- 4–8 years of experience in performance marketing and digital campaign management.
- Prior experience in travel, hospitality, tourism, or lifestyle industries preferred.
