We are seeking a skilled and strategic Digital Marketing Manager with expertise in lead generation, performance marketing, and digital advertising. The ideal candidate will have experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and a proven track record in optimizing digital campaigns to enhance organizational ranking and drive qualified leads.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies focused on lead generation and performance marketing to meet organizational goals.
- Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to drive traffic, improve conversion rates, and maximize ROI.
- Analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and prepare detailed reports on campaign effectiveness and lead generation.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic search visibility.
- Collaborate with the content team to create compelling ad copy, landing pages, and marketing collateral.
- Manage and allocate digital marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal spend across various channels.
- Use data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and improve lead quality and acquisition channels.
- Monitor and stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives and brand strategy.
*Qualifications:*
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience of minimum 5 years in digital marketing with a focus on lead generation and performance marketing.
- Extensive knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), and other digital advertising platforms.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in using marketing automation and CRM systems.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Creative thinking with a keen eye for detail and a results-oriented mindset.
