Job Responsibilities
- Plan, execute and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
- Develop performance marketing strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Identify target audiences and optimize campaigns for qualified leads.
- Manage and optimize CPL, CPA, conversion rates and campaign ROI.
- Track the complete marketing funnel from Lead → Signup → KYC → Investment.
- Coordinate with the Sales team to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Manage WhatsApp and Email Marketing campaigns.
- Plan and manage content across LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook.
- Support the growth of PreInvest's social media presence and YouTube channel.
- Coordinate with content and creative teams for ad creatives, reels, posts and campaigns.
- Plan and execute PR, media outreach and digital promotion initiatives.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular performance reports.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis and campaign experiments.
- Continuously test and optimize ad copies, creatives, audiences and landing pages.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing.
- Strong practical knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
- Experience in lead generation and customer acquisition campaigns.
- Strong understanding of campaign analytics, conversion tracking and funnel optimization.
- Experience with social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
- Good analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work closely with Sales, Content and Business teams.
- Experience in Fintech, Financial Services, Investments, BFSI or related industries will be an advantage.
