Role Description
This is an on-site full-time role based in Gurugram. The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across various digital channels. Key responsibilities include analyzing performance data, budget management, audience targeting, collaboration with creative teams, and continuously identifying opportunities to improve campaign ROI. The role will also require crafting strategic plans to meet key business objectives and staying updated on the latest trends in digital marketing and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Paid Advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Knowledge of Data Analytics and Metrics Tracking tools like Google Analytics, and ability to derive actionable insights
- Experience in Campaign Budget Management and Optimization for ROI
- Familiarity with Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies
- Proficiency in A/B Testing and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Excellent skills in analyzing consumer behavior and audience targeting
- Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads Certification) are a plus
- Prior experience in a similar role and familiarity with the real estate sector will be advantageous
