Role Overview
We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Executive (Junior) to manage and optimise paid campaigns across platforms like Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads — while also supporting quick commerce growth across platforms like Swiggy and Blinkit.
This role blends ads + marketplace performance, making it ideal for someone who wants to work at the intersection of digital media, commerce, and brand growth.
Key Responsibilities1. Paid Ads (Core Performance Marketing)- Set up and manage campaigns across:
- Meta Ads Manager (Facebook, Instagram)
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Structure campaigns across funnels:
- Awareness
- Consideration
- Conversion
2. Quick Commerce & Marketplace Growth- Work on brand visibility and performance across:
- Swiggy
- Blinkit
- Amazon
- Support:
- Product listing optimisation (titles, images, descriptions)
- Banner planning and in-app visibility
- Offer and discount strategy
- Track:
- Conversion rates
- Order volumes
- Platform-led campaign performance
3. Targeting & Audience Strategy- Build and refine audiences:
- Geo-targeting (example: Bangalore, Mysore clusters)
- Interest and behaviour targeting
- Set up:
- Retargeting flows
- Lookalike audiences
- Custom audience segments
4. Creative & Copy Coordination- Work with creative team on:
- Ad copies (primary text, hooks, CTAs)
- Formats: carousel, video, static
- Suggest improvements based on performance insights
- Align creatives with platform (ads vs marketplace)
5. Performance Optimisation- Monitor key metrics:
- CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS
- Optimise:
- Budgets
- Creatives
- Audiences
- Run A/B tests across ads and offers
6. Reporting & Insights- Share weekly/monthly performance reports:
- Campaign performance
- Marketplace insights
- Key learnings + next steps
- Maintain dashboards (Google Sheets / Looker Studio)
RequirementsMust Have- 1–3 years experience in digital marketing / performance marketing
- knowledge of:
- Meta Ads Manager
- Google Ads
- Strong analytical mindset
- Using AI to leverge spend ads
- Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets
Good to Have- Exposure to:
- Swiggy / Blinkit dashboards
- Understanding of:
- Conversion tracking (Pixel, events)
- Google Analytics
- Worked on hospitality / F&B / alcobev / lifestyle brands
