Job Title: Account Manager – Digital & Performance Marketing

About the Role
We are looking for a strategic and client-focused Account Manager (Digital & Performance Marketing) to join our creative communication agency. The role involves managing client accounts, driving digital and performance marketing campaigns, and ensuring the successful delivery of creative solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, leadership, and digital marketing expertise, along with hands-on experience in performance-driven campaigns and account management within a creative or advertising setup.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and manage day-to-day communication.
- Understand client goals, develop digital and performance marketing strategies, and oversee campaign execution.
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media channels.
- Manage and coordinate SEO, SEM, Social Media, Content Marketing, Paid Ads, and Email Marketing campaigns.
- Monitor campaign budgets, ROAS, CPL, CPA, CTR, and other key performance metrics to ensure campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with creative, design, and performance teams to deliver integrated marketing solutions.
- Track campaign performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to optimize results.
- Build strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables efficiently.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling agency services.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, ad platform updates, and industry best practices.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in account management, digital marketing, or performance marketing, preferably in a creative/communication/advertising agency.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and analytics tools.
- Proven experience in managing and optimizing paid campaigns with measurable business outcomes.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, tools, and analytics.
- Excellent communication, client management, and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple accounts/projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager, SEO tools, and reporting dashboards.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and organizational skills.
- A proactive, client-first mindset with a passion for digital and performance marketing.
