Our Client is a leading Nutraceutical Brand and hirng for someone to lead their Paid Marketing End to End.
About the Role
We are looking for a senior, hands-on Performance Marketing Manager who deeply understands D2C growth, paid media economics, and scaling profitably. This role goes beyond running ads, You will own paid acquisition outcomes, manage a team of media buyers across Meta & Google, and drive cumulative growth through systems, process, and strategy.
This role involves owning paid acquisition outcomes and managing a team of media buyers to drive growth through effective strategies.
Responsibilities
- Paid Growth Ownership (End-to-End)
- Own paid acquisition performance across Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, and other scalable channels
- Take accountability for revenue, CAC, ROAS, and spend efficiency across assigned brands or categories
- Translate business goals into clear media strategies and execution plans
- Team Leadership & Execution Management
- Manage and mentor a team of Meta and Google media buyers
- Define clear KPIs, performance benchmarks, and daily operating rhythms for the team
- Review campaigns, ad accounts, and performance reports to ensure execution quality
- Identify skill gaps and upskill team members on advanced media buying practices
- Media Strategy & Scale Planning
- Plan monthly and quarterly budget allocation across channels based on expected returns
- Forecast outcomes (orders, revenue, CAC, ROAS) and align spends with business priorities
- Decide when to scale, when to hold, and when to cut based on performance signals
- Drive structured scaling frameworks (horizontal scaling, creative scaling, audience expansion)
- Performance Optimization & Analytics
- Deeply analyze metrics such as CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS, LTV, contribution margin
- Lead experimentation via A/B testing (creatives, audiences, offers, landing pages)
- Ensure accurate conversion tracking, attribution, and data hygiene
- Convert raw data into clear insights and actionable next steps
- Creative & Funnel Collaboration
- Work closely with designers, video editors, and content teams to define creative direction
- Guide the team on what creatives to build, why, and for which funnel stage
- Align ads with landing pages, PDPs, offers, and CRM flows to improve conversion rates
- Reporting & Stakeholder Communication
- Present weekly and monthly performance reports to leadership
- Clearly explain what’s working, what’s broken, and what’s next
- Recommend strategic shifts based on data, not gut feel
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in performance marketing for D2C / e-commerce brands
- Proven track record of scaling Meta & Google Ads with positive unit economics
- Hands-on expertise in:
- Meta Ads (prospecting, retargeting, creative scaling)
- Google Ads (Search, PMax, Shopping, YouTube)
- Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, ROAS, contribution margin, and funnel math
- Experience managing teams of media buyers and driving collective performance
- Deep familiarity with GA4, GTM, Pixels, UTMs, and attribution challenges
- Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets dashboards and forecasts
