We are a contemporary women's fashion brand focused on delivering trend-forward styles with a strong digital presence. We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketer to scale our online growth and maximize ROI across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and other performance channels
- Manage full-funnel marketing strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and CAC
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, and landing pages
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives
- Manage budgets effectively and scale campaigns profitably
- Analyze customer behavior and optimize audience targeting, retargeting, and segmentation
- Track and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and ad platform dashboards
- Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, especially in the fashion/e-commerce space
Requirements- 2–5 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in fashion or D2C brands
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Good understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and attribution models
- Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify is a plus
- Analytical mindset with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
Preferred Skills- Experience in scaling D2C fashion brands
- Knowledge of influencer marketing and affiliate channels
- Basic understanding of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar
