Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Performance Marketing Manager. The role involves designing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition and revenue growth. Responsibilities include managing ad platforms, monitoring campaign performance, conducting A/B testing, and analyzing data to improve ROI. The Performance Marketing Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Expertise in digital ad platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other social media advertising tools
- Strong understanding of analytics platforms like Google Analytics and experience in campaign performance tracking
- Knowledge in A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and performance-based campaign tactics
- Proficiency in budget management, data analysis, and ROI optimization
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in tools for reporting, dashboarding, and visualization
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced certifications in digital marketing are an advantage
- Previous experience in performance marketing roles, preferably in the fintech or investment domains, is preferred
