Job Title: Performance Marketing Manager
Role Overview
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who can drive high-quality leads, optimise campaigns for strong ROAS, and scale digital growth across platforms. The role requires a deep understanding of analytics, consumer behaviour, and performance marketing within premium fashion or service-led businesses.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
• Drive high-intent lead generation and improve conversion rates across channels
• Manage and optimise campaign budgets with a strong focus on ROAS
• Conduct advanced keyword research, audience targeting, and funnel optimisation
• Analyse campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Search Console, Meta Business Suite
• Build and optimise landing pages in collaboration with design & tech teams
• Implement A/B testing strategies for creatives, copies, and targeting
• Track and improve CPL, CAC, CTR, and conversion metrics
• Maintain structured reporting dashboards and share actionable insights
• Continuously identify growth opportunities and scaling strategies
Requirements
• 3–6 years of experience in performance marketing
• Prior experience in fashion, luxury, or service-based businesses (preferred: bespoke/custom services)
• Strong hands-on expertise in:
• Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
• Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• LinkedIn Ads (lead gen & B2B targeting)
• Deep understanding of:
• Analytics & tracking tools (GA4, GTM, Pixels)
• Keyword research & search intent
• Conversion funnels and attribution models
• Proven track record of delivering high ROAS campaigns
• Strong communication and reporting skills
• Data-driven mindset with attention to detail
