As part of our continuous growth in the retail segment, We are on a mission to expand our online presence and are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to lead and optimize our digital marketing efforts for our growing e-commerce platform.
Role Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead our e-commerce marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns, improving conversion rates, and driving sales through various performance marketing channels. You will work closely with the e-commerce and marketing teams to ensure that Sweet Dreams' online presence continues to grow, all while maintaining a focus on ROI and cost efficiency.
KPI’s
1. Performance Marketing Strategy:
· Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies focused on driving online sales and maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS).
· Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and other relevant channels.
· Analyze customer data and market trends to inform campaign strategies and identify new growth opportunities.
· Create and execute a strong performance marketing strategy and plan to report to others within the team
· Develop and manage digital prospects and marketing campaigns in line with the brand.
· Manage the budgets and campaigns across all digital platforms to help drive strong ROI and CAC
· Identify and test new channels that can be used to meet metrics.
2. Campaign Management and Optimization:
· Oversee end-to-end management of performance marketing campaigns, including planning, execution, and reporting.
· Continuously optimize ad creatives, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and budgets to achieve desired KPIs.
· Test new ad formats, strategies, and techniques to improve campaign performance.
· Work with management to share improvement ideas, plans, feedback, and results. Achievement of sales targets, involved in local marketing activities
· New product launchings, signage, sales promotion and merchandising.
Successful implementation of planning and promotion schemes, to ensure proper display and positioning of the products in the stores, showrooms/dealers.
3. SEO & SEM:
· Collaborate with the SEO team to improve organic search visibility and drive traffic.
· Monitor and optimize search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns to increase paid search traffic and revenue.
4. Analytics & Reporting:
· Use data analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other performance tracking software to monitor, analyse, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns.
· Provide actionable insights to the leadership team to refine future marketing strategies.
· Track and measure customer behaviour and conversion funnels to enhance user experience and increase conversion rates.
5. Budget Management:
· Allocate and manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring the highest possible ROI.
· Monitor and adjust spending in real-time to optimize results and meet business objectives.
6. Collaboration:
· Work closely with the creative, content, and merchandising teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment in all campaigns.
· Partner with influencers and affiliate marketing programs to expand brand reach and awareness.
· Coordinate with the product and e-commerce teams to promote seasonal collections, offers, and launches.
Skills
- Proven experience with PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.) and performance marketing strategies.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc.).
- In-depth understanding of SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics.
- Well aware with Google Tag Manager, server side tracking and Browser side tracking.
- Results-oriented, with a strong focus on KPIs and business outcomes. Creative thinker with a passion for fashion and digital marketing.
Qualifications
- Master’s/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or fashion industries (apparel industry preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with tools like Shopify, Woo Commerce, or other e-commerce platforms is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Salary Range: Rs. 9 LPA to Rs.12 LPA
