Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time Performance Marketing Manager to join our on-site team in Rohini.

This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer who understands paid acquisition, performance optimization, and lead-generation strategy—especially in high-intent, education-driven campaigns.

You will be responsible for planning, executing, analyzing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across major platforms to drive measurable growth and improve ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute paid marketing campaigns across:
• Google Ads
• Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads
• Other relevant PPC platforms
• Manage and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns
• Conduct A/B testing across ads, landing pages, and creatives
• Monitor campaign performance and improve cost-per-lead (CPL)
• Develop and refine lead-generation funnels
• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Work closely with content and creative teams to align messaging with campaign goals
• Continuously improve digital presence and conversion metrics

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and PPC platforms
• Expertise in analyzing campaign metrics and preparing performance reports
• Working knowledge of:
• Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
• Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar analytics tools
• Strong communication, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Preferred

• Experience in the education sector or related industries
