Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketing Manager, located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Performance Marketing Manager will oversee planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across digital platforms. Other key responsibilities include analyzing campaign performance metrics, managing paid search and social media ads, and developing strategies to optimize customer acquisition and engagement. Collaboration with creative, analytics, and brand teams to ensure cohesive marketing initiatives will be essential.
Qualifications
- Expertise in digital advertising channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other programmatic platforms
- Strong analytical skills for performance monitoring, A/B testing, and deriving actionable insights from data
- Experience in budget management, media buying, and bidding strategies for optimization
- Proficiency in using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Excel, and reporting dashboards
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with SEO principles, audience segmentation, and market research
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing market trends and platform updates
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Prior experience in performance marketing or a related role is preferred
