Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Senior Manager - Digital Marketing. The Senior Manager will oversee digital marketing strategies, including campaign planning, execution, and optimization.
Responsibilities include driving lead generation, managing social media marketing efforts, analyzing web analytics to measure campaign performance, and refining marketing strategies. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data-informed decisions that fuel growth and measurable impact.
Qualifications
- Experience in Social Media Marketing and Lead Generation, with a focus on driving measurable results. Expertise on BFSI, EdTech & SaaS.
- Hands-on experience strategising and executing large scale ad spends for D2C brands in pain relief products and nutraceuticals.
- Strong expertise in marketing automation and generative AI
- Proficiency in Web Analytics tools and using data to inform decision-making
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to lead and collaborate across teams in a remote work environment
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a results-driven environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Experience in performance marketing or working with high-growth brands is a plus
