We’re looking for a growth-driven Performance Marketing Manager to scale our women’s ethnic wear brand across D2C and marketplaces like Myntra, Ajio, Amazon & Flipkart.
Experience: 4–8+ years
Location: Jaipur
Industry: Women’s Ethnic Wear / Fashion
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage & scale Meta and Google Ads
• Drive customer acquisition and ROAS growth
• Optimize funnels, creatives, and conversions
• Handle attribution, analytics & reporting
• Support marketplace ads and retention campaigns
Preferred:
Experience with D2C fashion/lifestyle brands, Shopify, CRM, and marketplace advertising.
Salary: ₹40,000–₹50,000/month + performance incentives
