Role Description
The Performance Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru. This role involves managing and executing result-driven digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as search, social media, and display advertising. The candidate will analyze campaign performance, optimize key metrics like ROI and cost per acquisition, and develop strategic plans for digital advertising. Additional responsibilities include monitoring trends, managing ad budgets, and collaborating with the creative, content, and web development teams to ensure consistent branding and effective campaigns.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in paid media channels including paid search, social media advertising, and display advertising
- Experience in digital tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and analytics platforms
- Skills in data analysis, A/B testing, and campaign performance tracking
- Knowledge of SEO principles and digital marketing trends
- Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills
- Adaptability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics and marketing automation platforms is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field is preferred
