Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Performance Marketing Manager based in Gurugram, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. The Performance Marketing Manager will oversee strategic planning, execution, and optimization of paid marketing campaigns, leveraging performance data to ensure ROI-driven decision-making. The role includes managing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and social media, running A/B testing initiatives, analyzing metrics for performance improvements, and collaborating with creative and content teams to align campaigns with brand goals.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Performance Marketing, including experience managing Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital ad platforms
- Skills in Analytics, including campaign performance tracking, budget optimization, ROI analysis, and reporting
- Knowledge of A/B Testing, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), and Retargeting Strategies
- Understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and content marketing for campaign alignment
- Project Management and Time Management skills for meeting campaign deadlines and managing multiple stakeholders
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate within teams and articulate data-driven insights
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and Microsoft Excel for data analysis
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field (Master’s degree is a plus)
- Hands-on experience in managing performance marketing for service-oriented businesses or digital agencies is an advantage
