Performance Marketing Manager - FMCG & Digital Growth

About the Role
This role is designed for a hands-on performance marketer who can build and scale digital growth channels in an evolving, early-stage e-commerce environment.
The Performance Marketing Manager will drive end-to-end campaign execution, optimization, and analytics across key digital platforms, with a primary focus on FMCG e-commerce growth, while also supporting selective B2B lead generation initiatives.
This is not a strategy-only role. It requires strong ownership, execution depth, and the ability to work closely with agencies while staying accountable for outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing & Campaign Execution
• Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google (Search, Display, YouTube), and relevant e-commerce channels
• Drive campaign setup, targeting, optimization, and scaling with a focus on efficiency and outcomes
• Work closely with agencies while maintaining hands-on understanding and control over campaign performance
• Continuously test creatives, audiences, and formats to improve campaign effectiveness
E-commerce Growth & Demand Generation
• Support the growth of Priyagold’s e-commerce presence across marketplaces and digital channels
• Drive traffic, conversions, and repeat purchase behavior through performance-led initiatives
• Align campaigns with product priorities, promotions, and seasonal demand cycles
• Contribute to building a structured online growth engine from an early stage
Data, Analytics & Performance Optimization
• Track and analyze key metrics such as ROAS, CAC, conversion rates, and campaign ROI
• Build structured reporting and dashboards to monitor performance and inform decisions
• Identify trends, gaps, and optimization opportunities through data-driven insights
• Ensure disciplined tracking and attribution across campaigns
Agency Management & Execution Oversight
• Work closely with external performance marketing agencies to drive campaign execution
• Ensure clarity of briefs, timelines, and expected outcomes
• Review agency performance regularly and drive improvements where required
• Balance agency collaboration with internal ownership of results
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align campaigns with business priorities
• Support integration of performance marketing with broader brand and content initiatives
• Contribute inputs to creative direction based on performance insights
Emerging Channels & B2B Support
• Explore and support emerging performance channels including quick commerce and marketplace advertising
• Support lead generation initiatives for SGF through platforms such as LinkedIn and Google (as required)
• Bring adaptability to work across both FMCG and B2B contexts where needed
This Role Will Suit You If:
• You are comfortable owning performance marketing end-to-end, from execution to optimization
• You enjoy working in early-stage or evolving digital setups where systems are being built
• You are hands-on and willing to dive into campaign execution, not just strategy
• You are data-driven and comfortable working with numbers and performance metrics
• You can work effectively with agencies while maintaining ownership of outcomes
Experience, Skills & Attributes
• 3–7 years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or growth roles
• Strong hands-on experience with platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Exposure to FMCG, D2C, e-commerce, or high-volume consumer businesses preferred
• Agency experience or experience working closely with agencies is valuable
• Understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, dashboards, attribution basics) preferred
• Exposure to B2B lead generation campaigns is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Relevant certifications or exposure to digital and/or performance marketing, content, or AI tools are an advantage
