About the Role
We are looking for a highly performance-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead and optimize our digital acquisition efforts across Google and Meta platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in scaling D2C campaigns, improving ROAS, and driving profitable growth through data-backed optimization strategies.
Experience in D2C, beauty, skincare, wellness, or personal care brands will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google and Meta platforms
- Manage and scale Google Shopping Ads and Meta Catalogue Ads
- Drive revenue growth while maintaining target ROAS and CAC benchmarks
- Develop and execute remarketing and retention strategies
- Monitor campaign performance and implement data-driven optimizations
- Work closely with creative and content teams to improve ad performance
- Analyze user journeys and identify opportunities for Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Manage tracking setup, event configurations, and attribution using Pixels, GA4, and related tools
- Conduct A/B testing across creatives, landing pages, audiences, and campaign structures
- Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices
Primary Requirements
- Extensive hands-on experience with:
- Google Shopping Ads
- Meta/Facebook Catalogue Ads
- Proven track record of improving ROAS and scaling campaigns profitably
- Strong understanding of:
- Meta Pixel
- GA4 tracking
- Conversion APIs
- Attribution models
- Deep understanding of campaign optimization strategies and industry best practices
- Experience with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Strong expertise in remarketing and audience segmentation
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights
Preferred Background
Candidates with prior experience in D2C or premium personal care brands will be strongly preferred.
