Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Performance Marketing Manager to drive user acquisition and revenue growth through a variety of digital channels, including search, social media, email, affiliate marketing and managing the customer lifecycle through retention and engagement. The candidate should have a proven track record of success in driving profitable customer acquisition campaigns, and you will be able to use data and analytics to optimize performance across channels. Our audience are households with and overall household income of > 15 Lakhs and spending to upgrade their homes, bringing their sense of fashion and lifestyle to their living spaces. The profile will work directly with the head of Revenue and growth to efficiently build scale. We are a young firm so it’s all hands on deck and the role will need a blend of strategy and direct execution to deliver the P&L.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end growth across performance marketing (Meta, Google) + CLM (WebEngage)
- Strong data analytic skill and understanding tracking tools like Google analytics, auditing google tags and other event signals being sent to social platforms.
- Competition tracking to see what campaigns are working for them and how we can do better
- Work closely with other members of the marketing team and operations
- Excellent communication, cross-functional collaboration, and ability to work in a startup environment.
Qualifications & Skillset Requirements
- 4 to 6 years in scaling digital-first consumer brands
- Strong in analytics and digital tools to measure results.
- Ability to develop and execute plans
- A rich understanding of Meta and Google
