We're a fast-growing startup looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale our paid acquisition engine. You'll be hands-on with our paid social and paid search channels, turning budget into measurable pipeline and revenue. This is a high-impact role where you'll have real ownership — and real visibility — from day one.
What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end campaign strategy, execution, and optimization across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Bing Ads.
- Manage and allocate monthly ad budgets efficiently to hit CAC, ROAS, and growth targets.
- Build, test, and iterate on audience segments, bidding strategies, ad creatives, and landing page experiences.
- Run structured A/B tests across copy, creative, and offers to continuously improve conversion rates.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders through clear reporting.
- Partner with the content and design teams to brief and produce high-performing ad creatives.
- Own attribution and tracking setup (UTMs, pixel, conversion events) to ensure data accuracy across platforms.
- Stay ahead of platform changes, algorithm updates, and emerging trends to keep campaigns competitive.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience, ideally in a B2B or B2C startup or agency environment.
- Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads; LinkedIn Campaign Manager experience is a strong plus.
- Proven track record of managing significant ad budgets ($100K+/month) with clear, measurable results.
- Strong analytical mindset — comfortable pulling insights from Google Analytics, platform dashboards, and BI tools.
- Scrappy, self-starter attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
