🚀 Hiring: Performance Marketing Specialist (Meta Ads)

We are looking for someone who doesn’t just run ads — but drives real business results.
Your core responsibility will be to generate high-quality leads using Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and continuously improve ROI.
⚡ Key Responsibilities
- Run and manage Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook + Instagram)
- Generate qualified leads at optimal cost (CPL)
- Plan, execute & optimize lead generation funnels
- Create and test ad creatives (UGC, reels, hooks, copies)
- Scale winning campaigns while controlling CAC
- Daily tracking of spend, leads, ROAS & conversions
- Work closely with sales team for feedback loop
- A/B testing (audience, creatives, landing pages)
- Retargeting & funnel optimization
- Analyze competitors & ad library for winning ideas
📊 What We Expect
- Hands-on experience in Meta Ads (Lead Gen campaigns)
- Strong understanding of CPL, CAC, ROAS
- Ability to scale campaigns from ₹1L to ₹10L+ monthly spend
- Data-driven mindset (Excel/Sheets knowledge required)
- Knows how to work with UGC creators & content angles
- Fast execution + daily optimization habit
💣 Bonus (High Preference)
- Experience in agency / service-based business leads
- Worked on high-ticket leads (₹30K–₹2L deals)
- Knowledge of landing pages & funnels
- Understanding of sales conversion journey
