Role Summary:
MDI NetworX is seeking an experienced and dynamic Campaign & Automation Manager who can own end-to-end execution of performance marketing campaigns and marketing automation workflows to drive leads, conversions, and revenue. This role is execution-heavy with strong focus on paid channels, funnels, and optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Performance Marketing (Primary Focus):
• Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across:
• Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
• Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)
• LinkedIn Ads (for B2B) • ABM tools
• Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and ROAS targets
• Scale campaigns based on performance data
2. Campaign Management:
• Execute multi-channel campaigns (paid + owned channels)
• Manage & Coordinate with internal teams for landing pages, creatives, and messaging alignment
• Coordinate with design/content teams
3. Marketing Automation:
• Build and optimize workflows using: HubSpot Salesforce Marketo
• Set up: Lead nurturing journeys Drip campaigns Lifecycle automation
4. Funnel & Conversion Optimization:
• Improve Landing page conversion rates
• Cost per lead (CPL)
• Customer acquisition cost (CAC)
• Run A/B tests across ads, copies, and pages 5. Analytics & Reporting
• Track performance using
• Google Analytics
• Ad platform dashboards
• Monitor key metrics:
• ROAS
• CPL
• Conversion rate
• Build weekly/monthly performance reports
Requirements:
• At least 7 years’ experience in Performance marketing + campaign execution
• Strong hands-on experience with: Google Ads + LinkedIn Ads (must-have)
• Experience with CRM & automation tools
• Solid understanding of: Funnels (TOFU–MOFU–BOFU)
• Attribution
• Analytical mindset (Excel / basic data skills)
• Good Communication Skill in English
• Worked with Global Teams & understanding of the US Market
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in SaaS / B2B / Lead Gen/ US healthcare
• Very Good candidate with B2C / D2C also works
• Basic knowledge of: • SQL or data tools
• Landing page tools (Webflow, Unbounce)
• Exposure to email marketing automation
