About the Role
We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager with a strong analytical mindset and hands-on expertise in paid media. This role is designed for individuals who can own campaign performance end-to-end, align execution with business objectives, and deliver measurable results against defined KPIs.
The ideal candidate combines technical expertise, strategic thinking, and execution capability across multiple platforms and business categories.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimise performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Own and manage end-to-end campaign performance, ensuring alignment with defined KPIs.
- Develop structured strategies for lead generation, conversion, and revenue growth.
- Monitor and analyse key metrics such as CPA, CPL, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Implement and manage tracking systems (pixels, events, conversions, analytics).
- Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and funnels to improve performance.
- Allocate and optimise budgets to maximise ROI across campaigns.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Prepare and present performance reports, insights, and optimisation strategies.
- Stay updated with platform changes, trends, and performance marketing best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in performance marketing or paid media.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Proven ability to manage campaigns across multiple business categories.
- Deep understanding of performance metrics, attribution models, and funnels.
- Experience with tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Ads Manager, and tracking systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Ability to work in a KPI-driven environment with clear ownership of outcomes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
