About the RoleWe are hiring a Performance Marketing Lead to own end-to-end revenue across paid channels.This is a high-impact role focused on scaling a premium, high-AOV D2C business- not just running campaigns.
Key Responsibilities- Drive revenue through Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Own and optimize CAC, ROAS, MER, and LTV
- Manage full funnel: Ad → Landing Page → Checkout → Retention
- Identify drop-offs and improve conversion rates (CVR)
- Lead creative strategy & testing pipeline
- Execute and scale campaigns across Meta & Google
- Set up and manage Pixel, Conversion API, GA4 tracking
- Analyze performance and take data-driven decisions
- Define hooks, angles, formats, and iterations
- Coordinate closely with design and video teams for execution
Qualifications & Experience- 3-6 years of experience in D2C performance marketing
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads at scale
- Strong understanding of funnels and conversion optimization
- Hands-on experience with Pixel, CAPI, GA4
- Experience in premium / high AOV brands preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
