Role Level: Growth & Marketing Management / Strategy & Budget Control
Reports To: Company Executive (or Head of E-commerce)
Core Focus: External Marketing Strategy Development, Large Budget Control, Cross-Platform Traffic Conversion Management.

Performance Metrics:● Overall Paid Marketing Budget ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and ROI.
● Monthly marketing budget allocation efficiency and accuracy.
● Cross-platform traffic to final sales conversion rate.
● Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) and Cost Per Click (CPC).
Required Qualifications:● 5-7 years of digital marketing experience, specializing in large-scale budget management and performance optimization across Meta & Google Ads. Team leadership experience preferred.
● Proven track record of matching external traffic strategy with e-commerce sales results.
- ● Proficiency in Looker Studio or other BI tools, capable of independent complex data analysis and reporting.
