Job Title: Performance Marketing Manager

Role Overview
We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing professional who can drive high-
quality B2B and B2G lead generation through strategic paid campaigns, AI-powered
marketing tools, and performance optimization.
This role requires someone who understands enterprise and government buyer journeys,
and can leverage paid media, automation, AI tools, and analytics to consistently generate
qualified leads for the sales team.
The ideal candidate combines marketing strategy, experimentation mindset, and AI-
enabled execution to maximize ROI across multiple digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation (Primary KPI)
● Generate qualified B2B and B2G leads through performance marketing campaigns.
● Design and manage lead generation funnels across digital channels.
● Work closely with sales and business teams to align campaigns with pipeline
requirements.
● Ensure lead quality, conversion optimization, and cost efficiency.
2. Paid Media Campaign Management
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across:
● Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
● LinkedIn Ads (B2B targeting)
● Meta Ads
● Programmatic & retargeting platforms
Responsibilities include:
● Campaign strategy and structure
● Audience segmentation
● Budget allocation
● A/B testing
● Landing page optimization
● Continuous ROI improvement
3. AI-Powered Marketing Execution
Use AI and automation tools to improve campaign performance, creative generation, and lead
acquisition efficiency.
Expected familiarity with tools such as:
AI Content & Creative Tools
● ChatGPT / Claude / Gemini
● Midjourney / DALL·E
● Canva AI
AI Marketing & Automation Tools
● HubSpot AI
● ZoomInfo / Apollo / Clay
AI Analytics Tools

4. Funnel & Conversion Optimization
● Build and optimize landing pages and lead capture flows.
● Improve conversion rates through testing and optimization.
● Implement remarketing and lead nurturing strategies.
● Work with design/content teams to improve ad creatives and messaging.
5. Analytics & Performance Tracking
● Track campaign performance through data dashboards and reporting systems.
● Measure KPIs such as:
○ Cost Per Lead (CPL)
○ Lead Quality
○ Conversion Rate
○ ROI on ad spend
● Present weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and optimization
strategies.
