JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for a result-oriented Performance Marketing Manager to lead and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and LinkedIn platforms. The candidate will be responsible for driving leads, sponsorship inquiries, registrations, brand visibility, and revenue growth through data-driven marketing strategies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
● Plan, execute, and optimise paid marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
● Develop full-funnel performance marketing strategies to maximise conversions and ROI.
● Manage ad budgets effectively while ensuring strong campaign performance.
● Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and market trend analysis.
● Monitor campaign KPIs such as CPC, CPL, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates.
● Optimize landing pages, creatives, ad copies, and targeting strategies.
● Collaborate with content and creative teams for high-performing campaigns.
● Generate weekly and monthly campaign performance reports.
● Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.
