Job Summary
We are looking for a result-oriented Performance Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and hands-on expertise in paid marketing, SEO, and social media marketing to drive business growth and maximize ROI.
The candidate should also have prior experience in handling 100200 courses and managing a team of 10 members.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage acquisition campaigns across Social Media, SEM, SEO, and Display channels to maximize revenue and ROI.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Implement effective on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website ranking and organic traffic.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights.
- Conduct root cause analysis and identify performance gaps using tools like Google Analytics.
- Create and manage content strategies aligned with SEO and social media objectives.
- Prepare dashboards and reports for campaign performance, KPIs, ROI, and funnel analysis.
- Define and track key performance metrics for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to test innovative campaigns and strategies.
- Continuously improve cost per acquisition (CPA) and overall marketing efficiency.
- Develop strategies for quality lead generation and higher conversion rates.
- Plan and execute marketing initiatives for student acquisition and brand growth.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Create remarketing and marketing automation strategies for lead nurturing and engagement.
- Optimize landing pages and marketing funnels for improved lead quality and ROI.
Qualifications Experience
- Proven experience in Performance Marketing/Digital Marketing roles.
- Hands-on expertise in Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of SEO tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
- Experience managing both organic and paid social media campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of keyword research, SEO optimization, and content marketing.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Prior experience in the Education Industry will be preferred.
