Role Overview:
We’re looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager who can plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across multiple platforms. The role focuses on driving measurable growth - leads, conversions, and ROI - through data-backed decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
-Plan and execute paid campaigns on
-Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other platforms
-Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycle: setup, optimization, reporting
-Track and improve KPIs like CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversions
-Work closely with design/content teams for ad creatives
-Monitor daily budgets and optimize spend efficiency
-Set up tracking via Google Analytics and pixels
-Generate weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights
-Identify new growth channels and scaling opportunities
Required Skills & Qualifications:
-2–4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
-Strong knowledge of paid platforms (Google, Meta)
-Good understanding of funnels, attribution, and conversion tracking
-Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data
-Basic understanding of landing pages and CRO
-Familiarity with tools like Google Tag Manager is a plus
-Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
