Responsibilities
- Plan and execute Social Media Ads (Meta / Facebook / Instagram).
- Manage and optimize Amazon & Flipkart Ads (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display).
- Run and scale ads on Instamart, Blinkit & Zepto.
- Monitor KPIs like ACoS, ROAS, CPC, CTR, Conversion Rate.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Allocate and optimize advertising budgets.
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Coordinate with creative/content team for ad creatives.
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in performance marketing.
- Strong expertise in marketplace advertising.
- Analytical mindset with Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Result-oriented with strong ROI focus.
