Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Performance Marketing Manager. The role involves developing and executing data-driven performance marketing strategies, optimizing campaigns across digital platforms, managing budgets, and maximizing ROI. The candidate will conduct campaign analysis, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable marketing solutions. Strong focus will be given to delivering measurable outcomes aligned with business goals.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Digital Advertising, Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Campaigns, and Display Advertising
- Proficiency in Data Analysis, Campaign Tracking, and Performance Metrics Optimization
- Experience with Customer Acquisition, Retargeting, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Knowledge of Marketplace Growth, Shopify, and eCommerce Platforms
- Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Proven ability to drive ROI and meet performance-based KPIs
- Familiarity with cross-border and regional expansion strategies, particularly in India and MENA
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
- Adaptable, innovative mindset with a focus on delivering results in dynamic environments
