Performance Marketing Manager
Goregaon West, Mumbai | Reports To: CMO | Full-Time
About the Role
We're hiring a data-driven, Ai-enabled Performance Marketing Manager to own our paid campaigns, tracking infrastructure, and analytics end-to-end.
What You'll Do
Paid Campaigns — Plan, run, and optimise campaigns on Meta, SEM, PPC, Programmatic and Affiliate channels. Manage budgets, A/B testing, and performance marketing funnels.
• Tracking & Tag Management — Own GTM setup, GA4 event tracking, conversion tracking, pixel implementation, and UTM tagging.
• Google Analytics 4 — Manage GA4 properties, build custom reports, funnels, and dashboards. Auditing and reporting.
• Google Search Console — Monitor search performance, flag indexation and crawl issues, and use query data to inform strategy.
• Website CRO Analysis — Analyse landing pages, traffic, user flow, and conversion data. Plan and implement CRO.
• Reporting — Deliver regular performance reports and dashboards in Looker Studio or equivalent.
What You Bring
Must-have
• Min. 2–3 years in Performance Marketing, financial lead-gen experience preferred
• Proven expertise in leveraging Ai marketing tools
• Hands-on experience in SEO, Google Ads, GA4, GTM, Meta Business Manager, etc.
• Strong grasp of conversion tracking & attribution across multiple channels
• Prior experience in running Paid social campaigns
Good-to-have
• Hotjar / Microsoft Clarity experience
• Basic HTML/CSS/JS for tracking support
• Familiarity with CRM tools
• Relevant platform certifications
