Job Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead our paid media efforts across platforms like YouTube and Instagram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth, optimizing campaigns, and leveraging AI tools for automation and performance enhancement.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on YouTube, Instagram, and Meta platforms
  • Manage end-to-end performance marketing campaigns focused on lead generation and brand growth
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize for ROI, CPC, and conversions
  • Leverage AI tools and automation for campaign optimization, audience targeting, and reporting
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to create high-performing ad creatives
  • Track KPIs and prepare performance reports with actionable insights
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and AI-driven advertising


Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing / digital advertising
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, YouTube Ads (Google Ads)
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making
  • Familiarity with AI tools for marketing automation is a plus


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in media, content, or digital publishing industry
  • Knowledge of conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics tools
  • Creative thinking with a performance-first approach
  • Mumbai candidates only.
