Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketing Manager located in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will spearhead the creation, optimization, and management of digital marketing campaigns, focusing on performance metrics to maximize ROI. Responsibilities include planning and executing paid marketing strategies, managing ad campaigns across various platforms, analyzing data to optimize performance, and developing data-driven insights to drive decision-making. The Performance Marketing Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with brand objectives and market trends.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Performance Marketing, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital ad platforms
- Proficiency in Analytics tools such as Google Analytics to measure and optimize campaign performance
- Understanding of Audience Targeting, Campaign Budgeting, and A/B Testing
- Strong skills in SEO, SEM, and content planning to align campaigns with consumer search trends
- Experience in reporting key performance metrics and making actionable recommendations
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and project management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced certification in digital marketing is a plus
- Familiarity with current marketing trends and strong analytical problem-solving abilities
- Prior experience in an agency or client-focus environment, particularly in industries such as FMCG, real estate, or e-commerce, is an advantage
