About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven and result-oriented Performance Marketing Manager with strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in a digital marketing agencyand a proven track record of managing high-budget campaigns, optimizing performance, and delivering measurable ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycle from strategy to execution and reporting
- Continuously monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and implement improvements to maximize ROI
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing, and ad copy optimization
- Manage and allocate budgets efficiently across multiple campaigns and clients
- Generate performance reports and present actionable insights to internal teams and clients
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and platform updates in performance marketing
- Collaborate with creative, content, and SEO teams to align campaign strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Performance Marketing
- Mandatory experience in a Digital Marketing Agency
- Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms
- Proven experience in managing large-scale ad budgets and delivering ROI-driven campaigns
- Good understanding of conversion tracking, Google Analytics, and attribution models
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs
- Knowledge of landing page optimization and CRO
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
