Job Overview
We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager with 5–10 years of experience in driving growth and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads platforms and LinkedIn.
The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, hands-on campaign management experience, and the ability to drive high-quality leads, conversions, and ROI through performance marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities - Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads and LinkedIn.
- Optimize campaigns regularly to improve CPL, CPA, ROAS, and overall campaign performance.
- Conduct audience research, targeting strategies, and A/B testing for creatives, copies, and landing pages.
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and other analytics tools.
- Develop conversion-focused strategies to generate high-quality leads and maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop ad creatives, copies, and landing pages.
- Implement conversion tracking, pixels, and event tracking for accurate campaign measurement.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Manage and optimize budget allocation across campaigns and platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5–10 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and Linkedin Ads.
- Experience managing lead generation and conversion campaigns.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setup.
- Strong understanding of funnel optimization, attribution models, and campaign scaling strategies.
- Experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and retargeting strategies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make performance-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
