We're looking for a seasoned performance marketer who can own paid media strategy end to end, across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Someone who has managed serious ad budgets, scaled campaigns profitably, and can lead a growing ads vertical at a creative-first agency.
What you'll do:
- Build and lead the performance marketing function, from strategy and planning to execution and reporting
- Architect full-funnel campaign structures across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn for clients in FMCG, real estate, D2C, and B2B
- Own client ad budgets, set KPI targets, and deliver on ROAS, CPL, and CPA goals
- Set up and maintain tracking infrastructure: Pixel, CAPI, GTM, GA4, and conversion events
- Design and run structured creative testing frameworks (A/B, multivariate) and feed insights back to the creative team
- Build audience strategies: lookalike, retargeting, Advantage+, custom segments, and ABM for LinkedIn
- Prepare clear, data-backed performance reports with actionable recommendations for clients
- Train and mentor junior team members on campaign setup, optimisation, and reporting
- Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm changes, bidding strategies, and policy shifts
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing and scaling paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Proven track record of handling monthly ad spends of ₹5L+ across multiple client accounts
- Deep understanding of campaign objectives, bidding strategies, attribution models, and funnel design
- Strong command of GA4, GTM, and server-side tracking
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, or Performance Max campaigns is a strong plus
- Ability to translate data into clear strategy decisions and client-facing insights
- Team leadership or mentoring experience preferred
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client management skills
