Role Overview
We are looking for a performance-driven Performance Marketing Manager – AdOps / SEM to lead and optimize paid media campaigns across Search, Social, and Display platforms. The ideal candidate will manage multi-channel PPC campaigns, ensure accurate tracking and reporting, and drive measurable growth through data-backed optimization strategies.
You will collaborate closely with the Creative, Tech, and Operations teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and maximum ROI for clients.
Key Responsibilities
-Campaign Management & Optimization
-Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft (Bing) Ads, Facebook & Instagram Ads Manager.
-Manage daily account operations including bid adjustments, budget allocation, audience targeting, and A/B testing.
-Monitor and improve performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, and Conversions.
-Identify keyword opportunities and recommend campaign structuring strategies aligned with client goals.
Tracking & Analytics
-Implement and monitor conversion tracking via Google Analytics and Google Ads.
-Generate UTM parameters and manage tracking through Google Tag Manager (GTM).
-Conduct quality checks (QC) on landing pages and ensure correct tracking across the full conversion funnel.
-Analyze campaign data and present actionable insights to internal teams and clients.
Reporting & Strategy
-Prepare performance reports using Excel and analytics tools.
-Provide data-driven recommendations for creative, audience segmentation, and scaling strategies.
-Continuously test and optimize campaigns to improve ROI and reduce acquisition costs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
-3–6 years of experience in an Advertising Agency or performance marketing environment.
-Proven experience managing multiple paid media accounts with measurable results.
-Strong hands-on expertise in:
-Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
-Microsoft/Bing Ads
-Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram)
Experience with:
Google Analytics
Google Tag Manager (GTM)
UTM tracking and funnel tracking
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
Strong analytical and optimization skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Google Ads Certification (Preferred).
