Role Overview
Crystal Life is looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager who can plan, execute, optimize and scale paid media across Meta, Google, Amazon Ads and quick commerce advertising platforms. The role will focus on driving revenue, improving ROAS, increasing product discoverability, reducing CAC, scaling high-performing campaigns and improving conversion across digital and marketplace channels. This is an execution-heavy role with strong strategic involvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns on platforms like Meta, Google, Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, and quick commerce channels.
- Build weekly and monthly dashboards covering spends, revenue, ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPC, CVR, AOV, repeat purchase and SKU-level performance.
- Analyze platform sales, availability, and pricing data to identify growth opportunities and fix issues quickly.
- Manage advertising and visibility campaigns across Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket and other relevant grocery-led platforms.
- Coordinate with platform/category managers to ensure product visibility, correct listings, and optimal stock availability.
- Support D2C growth through paid traffic, landing page optimization, conversion improvement and retargeting.
- Share insights with the brand team to improve packaging, product messaging, landing pages and marketplace content.
- Track competitor activity, pricing, and promotions, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Required Experience
• 4-6 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
• Strong working experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Experience managing Amazon Ads for consumer products.
• Exposure to quick commerce advertising platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket or similar platforms.
• Experience in FMCG, D2C, consumer goods, e-commerce, grocery, home care, personal care, kitchen, hygiene or household essentials preferred.
• Strong understanding of ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPC, CPM, CVR, AOV, TACOS, retention and funnel metrics.
• Ability to manage budgets and optimize campaigns independently.
• Experience working with creative teams and briefing performance creatives.
• Good understanding of product listings, digital shelf, reviews, ratings, pricing and conversion.
• Experience with reporting tools, Google Analytics, platform dashboards and Excel / Google Sheets.
