We're hiring: Performance Marketing Manager (Vadodara, On-site)
Createawity is a branding and creative agency in Vadodara. We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Ads for our client portfolio — from strategy to execution to reporting.
What you'll do:
- Plan, launch, and manage campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube), and LinkedIn Ads
- Own targeting, budgets, bidding, and funnel strategy for each client's goals
- Set up and maintain tracking — pixels, conversions, UTMs, GA4
- Optimize for CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS and run structured A/B tests
- Work with our creative team to brief and refine ad creatives
- Present clear, client-ready performance reports
What we're looking for:
- 2-4 years running paid campaigns on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Ads (agency experience preferred)
- Strong grip on Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, GA4, and conversion tracking
- Comfortable with data — you know which numbers matter and why
- Good client communication skills
- Google Ads / Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus
