Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketing Manager based in Gurgaon. The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns to meet business growth objectives. Responsibilities include analyzing campaign performance, managing budgets, creating paid media strategies, and driving lead generation initiatives across multiple online platforms. The Performance Marketing Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure performance marketing aligns with the company’s broader marketing and business goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in creating and optimizing paid media strategies, including Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising and social media advertising.
- Experience with analytics tools and data analysis for tracking campaign performance and making data-driven decisions.
- Strong knowledge of marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other social media platforms.
- Skills in A/B testing, landing page optimization, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Ability to manage and track marketing budgets effectively for maximum ROI.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and interpersonal skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- A growth mindset, innovative thinking, and the ability to adapt to market trends quickly.
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is desirable. Certification in Digital Marketing or specific platforms (e.g., Google, Facebook) is a plus.
