Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Performance Marketing Manager, located in Ernakulam. The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing performance marketing campaigns across digital channels. Day-to-day tasks will include monitoring and optimizing ads to improve ROI, analyzing campaign metrics, managing budgets, and collaborating with internal teams to align campaigns with broader marketing strategies. The role will also involve identifying trends, conducting competitor analysis, and staying updated with digital marketing best practices and industry changes.
Qualifications
- Expertise in performance marketing strategies for digital ad platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and others.
- Strong skills in campaign analysis, A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making to optimize advertising performance.
- Experience with budget management, customer acquisition metrics, and ROI tracking.
- Knowledge of conversion rate optimization techniques and the ability to drive revenue growth through strategic ad placements.
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms to monitor traffic and campaign success.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with creative, product, and business strategy teams.
- Proactive and adaptable in staying informed of industry trends and advancements in marketing technology.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications in digital marketing are a plus.
