Performance Marketing Manager
Location: Full-Time | Onsite
Experience: 3 to 5 Yrs Years in Digital Marketing
We are looking for a passionate, performance-driven marketing leader who truly loves marketing. This is an opportunity to lead growth for a fast-growing company and build a high-impact marketing function from the front.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and scale digital & performance marketing strategy
- Manage campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Affiliate, Native Ads, and DV360
- Drive measurable growth in leads, CAC, ROAS, and revenue
- Build and mentor a strong in-house marketing team
- Experiment with new channels, creatives, funnels & automation
- Leverage AI tools and stay ahead of digital trends
What We’re Looking For:
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience
- Proven track record of scaling paid campaigns with strong ROI
- Strong leadership & analytical skills
- Experience in agency environment (preferred)
- Real estate marketing experience (a plus)
- Growth mindset, fast learner, and data-driven decision maker
Full-time onsite role
