Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site Performance Marketing Manager role based in Bhopal. The Performance Marketing Manager will plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across digital channels to drive user acquisition, engagement, and conversion for Web3 and crypto-focused clients.
Responsibilities include managing performance budgets, tracking and analyzing campaign data, preparing regular reports, and making data-driven recommendations to improve ROI. The role involves collaborating with PR, content, and community teams to align performance marketing initiatives with broader brand and communication strategies. The individual will also stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital and performance marketing, particularly within the Web3 ecosystem.
Qualification:
Candidates should possess skills in performance marketing strategy and execution, including paid search, paid social, display, and retargeting campaigns.
Candidates should possess strong analytical and reporting skills, including proficiency with analytics tools, A/B testing, and data-driven optimization.
Candidates should possess skills in digital marketing fundamentals, such as campaign planning, audience segmentation, funnel optimization, and conversion rate improvement.
Candidates should possess familiarity with Web3, crypto, DeFi, and NFT markets, and an interest in staying updated on industry trends and platforms.
Candidates should possess excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Relevant experience in performance marketing or growth marketing (agency or in-house) is beneficial.
A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent
practical experience, is preferred.
Experience using major ad platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, Twitter/X, programmatic tools) and familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools is an advantage.
