The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Develop an overall marketing strategy and action plan for our company.
- Coordinate all marketing activities to generate leads
- Collaborate with other teams to promote offerings
- Inform clients and prospects of products and services through creative marketing strategies
- Track performance of all marketing campaigns
- Work with the sales team to ensure the desired result through planning, execution, tracking, feedback and MIS.
- Explore new relationships & partnerships for the company to increase the reach of the brand & business of the region.
- To act as the custodian for the brand Avanta. Also, strict monitoring of marketing materials in branches & events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years' experience in marketing
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Impeccable Leadership Quality
