Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies, managing budgets up to $500K+ annually across PPC, social ads, and retargeting.
- Analyze campaign data using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Tag Manager to optimize for KPIs such as CPC, ROAS, and LTV.
- Conduct A/B tests, audience segmentation, and landing page optimizations to improve conversion rates by 20-30%.
- Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals.
- Monitor competitor strategies and industry trends to refine bidding and targeting tactics.
Required Qualifications
- 6-8 years in performance marketing; proven track record scaling ad spend.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM; proficiency in Excel/SQL.
- Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, or related field.
