Truzee is building a modern Indian occasionwear brand for women who want trend-forward, designer-inspired outfits for weddings, festive events, and celebrations. We combine strong design sensibility, sharp fashion intuition, and an assisted customer journey to help women bring Pinterest and Instagram-worthy looks to life.
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to own our Meta Ads engine and help us scale qualified leads and revenue profitably.
Role Overview
This role is for someone who understands that performance marketing is not just about running campaigns — it is about driving efficient customer acquisition.
You will own Facebook and Instagram ads end-to-end, including strategy, targeting, creative testing, budget deployment, retargeting, and performance optimization. We are especially looking for someone who understands the nuances of premium Indian fashion marketing and can work on a visually driven, aspiration-led category.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta ad campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
- Drive qualified leads, conversions, and revenue growth
- Build and manage campaigns for lead generation, website conversions, remarketing, and retargeting
- Develop audience strategies including prospecting, lookalikes, retargeting pools, and high-intent customer segments
- Work closely with founders and creative team to shape ad creatives, hooks, messaging, and testing angles
- Analyze campaign and funnel performance across CTR, CPC, CPL, CAC, ROAS, lead quality, and conversion rates
- Identify winning creatives and campaigns, scale them quickly, and cut underperforming spends
- Improve campaign efficiency through structured experimentation and data-backed optimization
- Support attribution, tracking, and reporting systems for better decision-making
- Translate ad insights into actionable recommendations for growth, creative direction, and customer acquisition
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Meta performance marketing
- Strong command over Facebook Ads Manager
- Proven experience driving results through lead generation and/or e-commerce conversion campaigns
- Strong understanding of creative testing, audience targeting, retargeting, and funnel optimization
- Ability to work closely with design/content teams and guide high-performing creative direction
- Strong analytical mindset with comfort around performance metrics and budgets
- High ownership mindset and bias for action
Strong Preference
Candidates who have worked with premium Indian apparel brands, especially in categories such as:
- Indian occasionwear
- Ethnicwear bridal / bridesmaid / festive wear
- Contemporary Indian fashion
- Luxury or premium women’s apparel in India

We are not looking for a generic ads operator. We want someone who understands how to market aspirational Indian fashion to women who are style-conscious, visually inspired, and shopping for important occasions.
Experience with Indian premium fashion brands is highly valuable because it brings an understanding of:
- Premium fashion aesthetics
- Indian customer intent and purchase psychology
- Festive and wedding-led fashion demand
- the difference between low-ticket D2C selling and high-consideration apparel conversion
